With over a decade in the event industry, our founder, Yoko Manzano, has worked on a wide range of events, from grand launches and music festivals to business gatherings. Over the years, she noticed a recurring challenge: the biggest hurdles companies face in organizing events aren’t always about budget or creative ideas—it’s managing logistics and ensuring that every stakeholder, supplier, and team member is aligned and fully prepared.
She also saw that many startups and SMEs were eager to host events but often lacked the internal resources or experience to do so efficiently. While event management tools exist, most solutions primarily cater to experienced event professionals—not to lean teams or first-time planners. Driven by this gap, Yoko founded Eva with a clear vision: to empower anyone, regardless of experience, to host successful events with ease.
